Utility Tractor Services 

Dynamic yards require dynamic machines. My ‘all seasons’ 1025R John Deere sub-compact tractor is capable of tackling just about anything on your property, anytime of year. This tractor is a landscaper and snow mover equipped with a back hoe, hydraulic front snow-blade, front loader bucket and post hole auger and digger. 

Simply put, the tractor can:

  • Spread material such as bark mulch and topsoil

  • Prepare trenches for hedge planting

  • Dig holes for fence posts

  • Grade yard

  • Clear snow

  • Remove debris

BC's winter months have a history of dumping snow on us seemingly overnight making it difficult to get your car out of your driveway or continue normal household functions. Luckily for Cultus Lake residents I am one quick phone call away 24/7. However, if you are outside the boundaries of Cultus Lake please do not hesitate to call and see if I can help. One of my specialties is lawn care and maintenance. My John Deere ride-on mower accompanies me to most of my jobs. My services are especially desirable for those running seasonal or long term rentals so their yards can be manned from afar, worry free.
